CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

We are currently recruiting for the following position(s):

Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of a project’s lifecycle. This position acts as a liaison between the client and internal staff, including the delivery and management teams.  The Project Manager strives to deliver projects according to client expectations and Reside’s highest standards.

  • Create and maintain Project Plan documentation
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
  • Delegate project tasks to project resources
  • Deliver projects within appropriate timeline and budget
  • Lead and motivate project team(s) toward successful outcome
  • Communicate project status to management, including elevating project concerns to appropriate internal project sponsors



Business Analyst

Reside's Business Analyst is responsible for identifying client business processes and needs and documenting requirements.  This position acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff to ensure all deliverables meet the client’s business needs and Reside’s highest standards.

  • Accountable for certain project deliverables and documents
  • Creation and delivery of requirements planning documentation, features and function specifications, business process design, and recommendations on scope.
  • Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Demonstrate understanding of how various issues effect the overall outcome of projects





Technical Architect

Reside's Technical Architects (TA’s) are responsible for end-to-end technical design and architecture of Web applications.  Attributes for success in this role include:

  • Extensive experience gathering, documenting, and communicating business and technical requirements;
  • Ability to serve hybrid Business Analyst / Technical Architect / Project Management roles;
  • Experience leading teams through the entire build process;
  • Integration of Web-based CMS, CRM, ERP platforms;
  • Salesforce.com experience / Force.com development experience a huge plus;
  • Minimal travel, but could be up to 30% any given month.





Developer

Our technical Developer encodes, tests and debugs on Web and other technical projects.  Developers also revise and update programs and documentation within appropriate timeline and budget, while consistently delivering high-quality services to our clients.

  • Design, code, and test technical solutions
  • Understand the necessity of and contribute to coding standards
  • Understand advanced relational database concepts, and assist in database design
  • Demonstrate proficiency in one or more of the following development languages or platforms; Java, .NET, and/or Force.com
  • Proficiency in other development languages or platforms is a plus
  • Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions

Web Designer

Reside's Web Designer is responsible for developing creative concepts and designs for visual elements, layouts and interfaces, with a focus on client brand relevance, target audience engagement and usability. Some work in print or other multimedia may be required.

  • Creation of original visual/multimedia concepts
  • Producing supportive imagery for websites
  • Creating style sheets for web projects
  • Interface design
  • Requires some HTML experience, Flash is also preferred
  • Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign are also preferred



 

Front End Developer

Reside's Front End Developer programs, tests and debugs using frontend technologies and tools on Web and other projects.  Developers also revise and update programs and documentation within appropriate timeline and budget, while consistently delivering high-quality services to our clients.

  • Design, code, and test technical solutions
  • Understand the necessity of and contribute to coding standards
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all of the following programming languages and libraries; HTML, CSS, javascript and/or Force.com
  • Also be familiar with emerging technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3
  • Proficiency in other development languages or platforms is a plus
  • Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions




Account Manager

Reside's Account Manager oversees and is accountable for all aspects of a client’s relationship and business with Reside.  This position acts as a liaison between the client and the company, including our delivery and management teams.  Responsibilities include:

  • Account leadership, visioning, process, planning, and documentation
  • Maintaining positive and consultative relationship with clients and partners
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and growing revenue over time
  • Managing projects (where applicable)
  • Controlling all financial communication
  • Accountability for quality control and customer satisfaction
  • Other, as assigned





Business Development Executive

Reside's Business Development Executive has a key role in landing new business for Reside, fostering relationships with stakeholders in prospective client businesses.  The right candidate for this role has:

  • Stellar client relations and trust-building skills
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals
  • Proven success in landing new business with external clients
  • Quality business contacts within the Web services industry
  • Existing "black book" of executive-level contacts in Minnesota
